| At no time is Materials Resource Center (MRC) responsible for the amount, condition or availability of materials offered through our program. Everything is taken "as is" and "first come, first served". MRC shall NOT be liable for any claim, injury or damage resulting from, but not limited to, the acquisition, use, transportation or disposition of any materials taken from MRC. You indemnify and save harmless MRC and any donor and the employees, agents and servants of these organizations, against any liability or damage arising out of, or in connection with, the acquisition, use, transport, or disposition of the Property, including claims for bodily injury or death to persons or damage to property, whether or not such liability or damage arises or results from negligence, fault or default by you, or MRC, any donor, your or their employees, agents or servants or for any other reason. |
